Frode Lervik, Member of the Board of Directors:
Finn Kristensen, Member of the Board of Directors: has occupied several positions within the Government of Norway including Minister of Petroleum and Energy and Minister of Industry and Trade. He also served as a Director of Statoil from 1989 to 1994.
Erik Evjen,, Member of the Board of Directors: is employed with Sector Omega ASA, an investment management company with more than USD 1 billion in assets under management in several funds in the energy sector. Mr. Evjen has more than 10 years experience from the offshore, shipping and financial industries. He joined sector in 2008 from Teekay Shipping Corp. as Director of Merger and Acquisitions and Strategy. Previous experience includes Chief Financial Officer of Petrojarl ASA, a leading harsh environment FPSO operator, Vice-President Corporate planning in Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (PGS), and Partner of investment Banking in Carnegie. Mr Evjen holds a Master from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). |
